I had a fantastic stay at Castello Prime Suites, with excellent service and delicious breakfast options. The view from my balcony was amazing, but I faced minor issues with towel drying space in the room and some maintenance concerns in the spa area. Overall, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

Rooms

My room was a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with a lovely balcony and a comfy bed. However, it was missing an iron, which I had to request.
Service

The staff was really friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. There were a couple of hiccups, though, like when a staff member didn’t respond right away to my ringing the bell for assistance.
Location

The suite is located in a lively neighborhood and close to attractions, but it's in an alley that’s not for everybody's taste. A bit of a climb, but worth it for the view!
Dining

Breakfast was great with a nice buffet of sweet and savory options, just what I needed to start my day. The views from the dining area were stunning too!

I loved the jacuzzi and sauna, though the spa area felt a bit tired and could have been cleaner. It's also a bummer that there was no shower in the spa area.

My stay at Castello Prime Suites was good with stunning views and a comfortable atmosphere. Although the steps leading up to the hotel might be challenging for some, they’re absolutely worth it for the scenery. The staff, especially Marco, made me feel very welcomed. Overall, a great experience worthy of a return visit!

I stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and View, and it was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream, and I loved that I could open all the windows to let the fresh air in. The view was simply the icing on the cake!

The service was really good. Marco and the team were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I felt truly looked after during my stay.
Location

The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon! Nestled in the old São Jorge castle village, I found it easy to walk everywhere, including a lovely stroll to Rossio. The atmosphere was charming, and despite the climbs, it felt like a wonderful escape.
Dining

Breakfast was included and it was quite enjoyable, featuring delicious options and even espresso. I appreciated the quality of the food and felt energized for my day ahead.
Facilities

The facilities were overall quite good, with a lovely balcony area to take in the views. One downside was that the cushions tended to get wet when it rained, making it less usable at times. But when the weather was good, it was a fantastic place to relax.

I had a lovely stay at Castello Prime Suites for three nights. The location is perfect, right in the center of Lisbon, but be prepared for a walk up some stairs to get there. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, while the terrace offered a splendid view to relax and enjoy breakfast. However, I did notice that some facilities, especially the spa area, could use improvement.

Rooms

The Standard Apartment I stayed in was large and well-decorated, providing a comfy bed for restful nights. The balcony added a nice touch, although the sound insulation could be better since I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and dedicated. I appreciated Marco, who went out of his way to check us in late and give us a warm welcome.
Location
8.0
The location is close to the city center, making it convenient to explore Lisbon. Keep in mind that it's on a hill and only accessible by stairs, which might not be for everyone.
Dining

Breakfast was good, featuring a range of options including boiled eggs. The terrace provided a lovely spot to enjoy my morning meal with a nice view.

While the spa is a great addition for relaxing after a day of walking, it could use some enhancements to match the wonderful overall experience.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The view from my apartment was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. However, I faced several issues, including a noisy environment and some inconvenient room amenities.

The one-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious, but I found the shower had some mould on the floor, which was disappointing.
Service

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great assistance during my stay, especially when I needed help with transportation to the airport.
Location

While the location was close to the city center, it was on a steep hill with a lot of steps, making it a bit of a trek, especially with luggage.
Dining

The breakfast offered was quite good, which I appreciated, even though I wished there were more dining options available nearby.
Facilities

I enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, but the lack of a kettle in my room made it less convenient.

I had an interesting stay at Castello Prime Suites. The interior was lovely and the terrace view was good, but the surrounding area did leave a lot to be desired. The 70+ steps to reach the hotel were quite a workout. Overall, it was a mixed experience, with nice moments overshadowed by some concerns about the location.

Rooms

I stayed in a Deluxe Loft with a view, which was beautiful and comfortable. However, I noticed some steep stairs leading up to the apartment that were a bit challenging.

The location was a downside for me. It was in a strange alleyway and not very safe for walking back at night, so I opted for taxis as a precaution.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and enjoying it on the terrace with a view was a highlight of my mornings.
